This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the EZ-AD TV Media Player, including installation, with the exception of damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions.
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, EZ-AD TV will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge.
In order to process a warranty claim, you must have a valid credit card on file. A replacement media player will be shipped to you, and you must send back the defective media player within 30 days or we will charge your card for the full amount. Shipping Fees for returning the defective media player are at your expense.
